| Risk assessment is an important part of risk management in software development process, accurate identification of project risks, risk analysis and take effective preventive measures is one of the key success factors. Project daily management software which provides the data foundation for risk assessment is an integral part for software project risk management.In this paper, a solution based on Struts is provided for the workload statistics and project progress in software project management-Daily Report Management System.This system is developed based on the classic open-source framework Struts. After understanding the background and significance of the research, the risks of software development projects and its impact on the success of the project is recognized. Then the status of daily management of software projects is analyzed and the vision of the system is raised. After that the system requirements are analyzed, including business process, function and quality and performance requirements. After the system requirements are mastered, all pages of the system and its circulation are designed. In addition, the database tables and their relationships are design. Ultimately, the Java EE platform technology enables the system front-end and back-end functions.The system is based on the project schedule, task-oriented, with the means of daily report to achieve the Real-time and accuracy of project progress monitoring and project data collection. Based on this work, Developers can analysis the project risks and take effective preventive measures. |
