MIS (Management Information System) is a kind of result combining enterprise management with database technique. HRMIS (Human Resource MIS) is an essential part of MIS of modern enterprise. The development of HRMIS involves synthetic use of various programming techniques, also of Intranet, Internet and Extranet. In the development process of HRMIS, several techniques are involved, such as system modeling, database modeling, and relevant information security. At present, it has become a hot topic in computer industry how to use the newest Internet programming techniques to build high-effective and reliable resolution for the human resource management. Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003 is just one of such techniques, which was released by Microsoft Corporation. As a part of Microsoft .NET strategy, it is a perfect aggregation of programming language and development tools, and can be used to construct new generation applications for network and desktop. It is very easy to create a new efficient and distributed resolution for the human resource management by utilizing the powerful functions of class library in .NET Framework, the perfect IDE (Integration Development Environment), the flexible and abundant programming languages, and the corresponding database technique in Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003.This thesis mainly researches how to build the new generation management platform for HRMIS by utilizing .NET technique, UML (Unified Modeling Language) and ORM (Object Role Modeling). It is divided into the following parts: Making use of the UML to analyze and design HRMIS. Making use of the ORM to create database model. Making use of SQL Server and corresponding database technique to establish safe database as a back-end data source of HRMIS. Making use of the ASP.NET and ADO.NET technique to set up the user interface, to create efficient and safe connection and access to the back-end database. Making use of ASP.NET, IIS, .NET framework and Operating Systemlower-level security service to carry out identity authentication and authorization mechanism. The several parts listed above are all integrated organically to form the basic structure of the HRMIS project through a united interface.
