Due to the lower power , the dynamic circuit becomes more and more important in the methods of realizing the low power . Meanwhile , it has the advantages in speed and chip integration .First, this dissertation introduces the principal of dynamic CMOS circuit design , analyses the structures of the binary dynamic CMOS circuit and the ternary dynamic CMOS circuit, studies the dynamic differential logic;based on these , the ternary dynamic CMOS D flip-flop is designed .Second , this dissertation studies the principal and design idea of the BiCMOS circuit, points the needs to research the dynamic BiCMOS circuit;then analyses the principal of a existing binary dynamic BiCMOS circuit, and indicates its disadvantages , based on which a new binary dynamic BiCMOS circuit structure and the design method are proposed;in the following , we use this structure and design method to realize some binary dynamic BiCMOS gates , simulation results by PSPICE show that they all not only have correct logic function but also have fast speed .Third , this dissertation analyses the principal and design idea of the structure of the ternary dynamic CMOS circuit and the structure of the binary dynamic BiCMOS circuit;based on both of them , a new ternary dynamic BiCMOS circuit structure and the design method are advanced , we use this structure and design method to realize some ternary dynamic BiCMOS gates , simulation results by PSPICE show that they all not only have correct logic function but also have fast speed .The structures of binary and ternary dynamic BiCMOS circuits proposed in this dissertation are simple and universal, the design methods based on these structures are easy to realize .
