This paper introduces the PH value measurement in the treatment of wastewater that produced during industry process. Also the paper discusses a PH value control algorithm in neutralize reaction proccess. Because the neutralize reaction process between acid and alkali has a serious nonlinear , it is a tickler in the world. This paper adopts ARM technology and fuzzy control to settle this question.Firstly the paper introduces PH value measurement and control conditions at presentin china. At the same time the paper presents The pH Value Control System of Industrial Wastewater Treatment. Sencondly the paper studies in detail the current development of embedded system, thendiscusses in length the characteristics, application and structure of ARM embedded processor, also emphasizes to introduce the LPC2131 microprocessors , which is used to design by this papaer. Thirdly the nonlinear characteristics is analyzed , then the pH value measuring circuit is designed, which is developed on INA116 component. Based on the systematic study and synthetic analysis of the relative literatures home and abroad on fuzzy control, in this paper a fuzzy controller of industrial wastewater treatment based on ARM is designed.The design of hardware and software is the most important content in this paper, the former includes power circuit, reset circuit, crystal flap circuit, flash memory, SDRAM memory, the circuit of JTAG connecting with LPC2131, UART communication circuit, LCD module design, A/D transition module, the driving circuit of PWM electromagnetism valve, the latter besides suppling the driving program for hardware realizes the fuzzy controller of industrial wastewater treatment based on ARM with C. Communication uses RS-232 mode, LPC2131 micorcomputer edit program with ADS1.2 and C, and personal computer use Delphi7.0 to device system.Finally, the main research contents of full text are summarized, main research conclusions and innovaiton points are given, and the insufficiency of this paper and research emphases in the future are pointed out. The experiments show that this system can reach those targets required initially. And the results prove that the design is correct , solves the nonlinear problem of pH value change in industrial wastewater treatment. Compared with the traditional control methods, this system having the simple structure and giving the good results in pH value control.
