With the combination of higher performance controller module and data samplingmodule, the realization of process industry automation control has been widely used andapproved in related fields, which also becomes a continuous research and perfect modein the field of modern industrial production process control especially in small andmedium-sized production process control applications. This modular control scheme hasthe following advantages: low cost, high speed of installation and debugging,convenient extended maintenance and powerful robustness. The higher performanceembedded microprocessor is the core of controller which makes the system can collectmore field data and accomplish different kinds of control arithmetic. Therefore, thecontrol requirements can be accomplished naturally.In this thesis, with the background of process control, an industrial controllermodule based on embedded microprocessor and logical configuration is designed. Thecontroller module can realize the following functions: explain and implement theconfiguration program to the function algorithm modules of host computer controller,realize different control objects such as single closed loop circuit, double closed loopcircuit and feed-forward or cascade control. The main study contents are as follows:1.To study and design a industrial controller based on embedded microprocessorand logical configuration. Complete the hardware design, software design and controllerprototype.2.Based on the real-time operating system uC/OS-Ⅱ, study the multi-tasksynchronization, analytical method for configuration sequence and state-transformingprocess of communication tasks in the software design, which can influence the realtime performance and robustness of the system.3.Give a deep analysis of the embedded TCP/IP protocol stack, and complete theLwIP transplantation based on the uC/OS-Ⅱ workbench.The whole system consists of the host computer configuration system andcontroller, and support the process control based on the graphic programming of controlsystem. The embedded chip STM32F103is the core of the controller which can providedifferent kinds of function such as data acquisition, control output, communication,display and analysis of configuration program. The controller module can realize Industrial Ethernet access and processing of ARP, UDP, ICMP and TCP protocols asthe field level nodes. In addition, the controller module also has the basic networkfunction.The experiments show that the controller module has good control effectiveness,higher sampling accuracy and convenient logical configuration. The TCP/IP protocolstack provide system support for the remote access and more complex control ofcontroller.
