The Integration Of The Concrete Durability Expert System

A large software system, especially in the engineering applications, often have complex level structure, so the large-scale software systems attached to the issue of integration between the subsystems. There will be different integrated system from the different understanding to the integration.The task is supported by our Nine-Five main scientific projects. The concrete durability expert system consisted of six independent subsystems which also connected with others. So the consistency of each subsystem in the interface, information and system structure will affect the efficiency and the quantity of the whole expert system directly. Based on the research to the existing software integration technology, combining with the structure and the compositions of expert system and the domain characteristics, we bring forward the method that integrate expert system from the interface integration, component integration and information integration to assemble into an interrelated and harmonized whole.In the interface integration, we introduce the principle and processes of the interface design, then give common method of interface integration, at last we realize the interface integration of the concrete durability expert system combined with multi-media technique. In the component integration, firstly the definition of component and the advantages of software development based on component are introduced, then component integration technique are also introduced in this article, finally a structure of system based on ActiveX technique is given. It is easier for upgrade of the system to make each subsystem an OCX control using ActiveX technology. Then we design a main procedure to control and invoke these controls. In the information integration, From the point of view of heterogeneous data integration, we know that semantics heterogeneous is a difficult problem to heterogeneous data integration and is hardly resolved by other data integration techniques. So we import the concept of Ontology to resolve semantics heterogeneous problem of heterogeneous data integration. In this part, the related concept of Ontology and Ontology description language are introduced, then we introduced the method and frame of data integration based on Ontology, and realized heterogeneous data integration of the system by the method of admixture ontology finally.Combined with a question for discussion, the author achieved the integration of the concrete durability expert system from the theory analogy of the interface integration , components integration and information integration which allowed subsystems seamless integrated. Through practical testing, the integration method is correct, reliable, efficient and consistent with project requirements.
