With the rapid development of the electrical power system and computer technology,the existed power system applications need upgrading because of the limited functionality.There has been a number of technical problems as follows:①Models of information are private and non-standard;②Data imterfaces are private and poor portability;③Agreement is private and poor interoperability.These problems make to realize information sharing,heterogeneous systems' integration and secondary development has become very difficult in the upgrading.In order to solve above-mentioned problems,the paper use the electrical power system's dynamic simulation lab's SCADA system as a platform for research based on the standard IEC61970,completed in the following areas:First,from the considerations of increasing the rate of software reuse,the protection of existing investment and the realization of third-party access,and so on, the subject of this design has preserved the original database and established a storage and management of the CIM model's database directly.By contrastive analysis then selected the FastDB,ACE/TAO,QT,and other topics related computer technology product or platform.Second,based on the standard CIM model,completed mapping the between existing SCADA system model with the CIM model,according to the mapped relationship realized the data's import and export.Later,constructed a more rational structure of the CIM database,in conjunction with the chosen of real-time object-oriented database FastDB,and developed tools generated CIM database automatically.Third,in-depth study of the standard part of the CIS as well as the Common Object Request Broker Architecture CORBA and other technology,developed component Interface Specification 's(CIS) universal data access tools based on middleware ACE/TAO,and realized some of the main features of CIS interaction between client and server,completed the reading of data services as well. Finally,utilized the graphical interface,developed for the facilitate of test,to give a self-test and interoperability test of the establishment of the CIM database,datas' import and export and the common services for CIS,to verify the feasibility of the work of this article.
