Study On Information System Analysis And Integration Of Jinzhou Petrochemical Company

With the development of the Jinzhou petrochemical information construction, the information resource has become the important resource on which the enterprises depend. However, the formed "information isolated island" in the information construction process also seriously limit the enterprise ability to adapt to the change of market and production rapidly. Therefore, how to carry on the information system integration plan already becomes the question which urgently needs to be solved.First, the full analysis has been made aiming at the actual problem of Jinzhou petrochemical which faced in production management aspect and the actual problems during the information construction process such as lack of planning, relatively independence of the application system, low density integration and difficulty in data sharing as well as the information system integration demand. Second, the related business process integration is planed based on the full analysis of the Jinzhou petrochemical's core business process and data class. Meanwhile, the Jinzhou petrochemical's information system structure, the information system integration model, the overall system construction of information system integration as well as the platform of information system integration are planed with the theory of information system planning and integration. Finally, the organization support, risk control, training of manpower and standardized construction involved in the implementation of the information system integration are elaborated in the paper.Through the research in this paper, eliminated "information isolated island", sharpened the joint operation ability and the management level, make enterprise's production management activity and business process more reasonable, thus reduces raw material and the energy consumption, and improves the product quality and the economic efficiency.
