Many large-scale or middle-scale power supply enterprises , developed and introduced lots of business management information system in the process of information development. Due to history and technology, in the development of each system, usually the business field and information resources related to the system is considered, instead of general planning and designing on the level of whole enterprise information system planning. Because of the same or different flat technology and programming method and programming language and data storage form and information transfer standard used by different system, lots of disparate-structure and isolated information island .Information and data always was processed repeatedly, data uptade is not synchronous ,application integration can't be bring into effect and information resources can't be share, the application benefit of the whole information system can't be got.Along with the more wider use and the more higher demand to enterprise information technology, the general considering of information resources integration and effective using on the level of whole enterprise, whiqh can make different isolated information island build multilateral relation with each other ,and the update and extend based on integration system become questions exigently for resolution.This paper describes the design and implement of information resources integration system,which used the technique of data bus and the idea of enterprise application integration, based on the JUSTEP BUSINESS 3.0 integration design platform and the construction of old Management Information System in one power supply company.By establishing the unification portal of enterprise ,the system classify different old Management Information Systems in One power supply company ,and then uniform them to the portal ,provide single interface which embrace many applications and equipments,and the user can access each function module and application resource;The system model and code the organization and personnel and application function and workflow etc , uniform basic information resource management standard such as defining the data element. The Integration of different-structure data sources and the construction of uniform data center guarantee the consistency and integrality of distributing data.The system integrate more public data resource into the data center and the transaction platform , then the exclusiveness of coding standard and data source is guaranteed..The system establish uniform analysis platform based on key target system,and different source data is integrated by data analysis and mining module, the data-processing is done by different method and from different view. The connotative inherence relationship in information is shown through abundant and fast data-shown method and analysis and mining tools, it was analyzed and collected and the terminal users can get the output graph, so they can make decisions according to it.Tthe improvement and extension is realized in the process of application integration based on the uniform of data source and data interface standard, then it can fit the sustained improvement of application.The information resources integration system intergrate various information systems used in One power supply company ,and improve the efficency of electric power business.This system will promote the construction of enterprise information system unification.The design and implement of this system was affirmed by the user in our company,at on time attracted attention of other electric power company.The system provide references to other electric power company in information integration business.
