informationalization is a general trend in world economy and society development now. Agriculture informationalization is vital support in developing modern agriculture. For a long time, agriculture and rural informationalization in China is built in multi-thread, which leads to that agriculture information service systems, which are developed by different government departments or different organizations, are independent from each other. Information isolated island is a serious problem, which deceases the coefficient of agriculture information resource utilization to a great extend. How to take use of system integration technology to combine various agriculture information system, in order to promotion the agriculture information service ability, is the problem in urgent need being resolved in China new rural construction.Aimed to push ahead "National Rural and Agriculture Informationalization Demonstration Province Construction" in Hunan province, and to realize agriculture information resource to be shared, rural general information service platform is constructed in Hunan province. Application system integration is an important composition of the general information service platform construction, which resolve the problem of "the first kilometer" of rural and agriculture information service, and also, which is vital guarantee to realize integration and inter-connection and communication of existed information resource in Hunan province. This paper is based on the above mentioned background. The current construction situation in the information system which concerned agriculture is investigated and analyzed in detail. Based on the research of the technologies such as EAI, ESB, SOA and Web Service, etc., the framework for application system integration and data sharing is brought forward. Hunan agriculture information service system integration platform is set up. The main content in this paper including:(1) After compare and analyze the traditional application system integration technology, the application system integration and data sharing framework based on SOA and ESB is researched and designed. Some key problems in design is discussed in detail, which include logic technology frame design, ESB integration framework design, data sharing model design based on primary data management, and safety strategy analysis of application system integration.(2) Aimed at the current situation of the application system technology about agriculture in Hunan province, application integration platform interface specification is discussed and designed, which includes Web service interface specification, file transfer protocol(FTP) specification, data exchange specification, data access control specification, etc.(3) Application system register and service integration management flow is researched and designed. Based on Web service and HTTP, application integration platform service invoking and service development specification are formulated.
