| As the classical pattern of modern manufacturing enterprises' informatizationmanagement, Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) has founded an integratedbusiness management platform based on the supply chain. Plant management is animportant part of the enterprise management. Its informatization has become aneffective approach to help enterprises cut down their running and maintenance costs,configure their production resources and improve the competitive power fleetly. Fromsystemic point of view, only integrated with ERP, can plant managementinformatization conform and optimize the manufacturing resources availably and takeeffect in the whole business informatization framework adequately.Under the background of the project "Development and implementation ofTianhai business informatization", the following studies were carried through in thispaper:(1) Through studying the theories and methods of plant management, theinherent connection of the plant management informatization solution and ERP issummarized. A mutual system framework between plant management and correlatedprocesses was established and the integrated relationship between processes wasanalyzed systematically under the ERP environment.(2) Based on the researches of fuzzy multiple attribute decision making theoryand application, a mathematical model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on plantprioritization was created, which help to realize the scientific decision making of theplant classification.(3) According to the requirements of Tianhai Company, the architecture and thefunctional structure of the plant management and classification decision supportsystem were set up. The detailed functions of the system were designed.(4) As a subsystem of the ERP software, the plant management and classificationdecision support system was developed and applied to Tianhai Company successfully.Lastly, some suggestions were presented to consummate the system in the future. |
