Under the situation of economic globalization,in order to adapt to the extremely complex global social production needs,enterprises are constantly exploring new modes of production and management.This mode requires enterprises to re-examine the integrated management of information flow in supplier decision-making from a systematic perspective,and establish a new supply-demand relationship to ensure the low-cost and efficient operation of the whole supply chain.Supplier decision-making is one of the main research contents in the field of logistics and supply chain management.Selecting excellent suppliers is the foundation of establishing efficient supply chain.Efficient supplier management can not only improve the level of enterprise management,but also greatly enhance the profitability of enterprises.With the globalization and intensification of market competition,the life cycle of products becomes shorter and shorter.Emphasis on quality,delivery reliability,price and lead time increases the complexity of supplier decisions-making.Therefore,scientific and effective selection of the most suitable suppliers for the requirements of enterprise characteristics has become the primary core decision-making problem of enterprises,and it is also the key link for enterprises to achieve internationalization and improve international competitiveness.Based on the systematic analysis of the related concepts of supplier decision-making and the research results at home and abroad,this paper applies the idea and method of double quantization fuzzy rough set over two universes to the supplier decision-making problem.Taking the supplier decision-making problem as the research background and application object,this paper studies the series of theoretical problems of supplier decision-making method based on dual double quantization fuzzy rough set theory.And forms a general theoretical framework of supplier decision-making problem based on double quantization fuzzy rough set theory over two universes.Furthermore,a novel hybrid mode combining double quantization fuzzy rough sets and AHP is proposed.Firstly,the supplier decision-making problem is transformed into the rough approximation problem in the approximate space of double quantization decision-making with fuzzy decision object,and the supplier decision model and method based on double quantization fuzzy rough set are constructed.Then,the upper and lower approximations of fuzzy decision objects in the quantization approximation space are calculated by using the double quantization fuzzy rough set over two universes.On this basis,the judgment matrix is established by the upper and lower approximation method,and the suppliers are ranked by the analytic hierarchy process.While conducting theoretical research and theoretical innovation,the article also pays attention to its feasibility analysis and effect evaluation analysis in the application of real supplier decision-making problems.Practice is the sole criterion for testing truth.We will focus on supplier decision-making in the process of enterprise supply chain management under the background of Internet and big data,such as real-time evaluation and selection decision problem of multi-suppliers.On the basis of the theoretical research results,the actual cases of specific supplier decision-making are analyzed to verify the research results obtained by the theoretical research in this paper.The theoretical results are applied to supplier decision-making problems in supply chain management.According to the specific supplier decision-making problems,this paper analyzes the relevant data of actual supplier decision-making,tests the theoretical research results and provides theoretical support for the management decision-making problems of enterprises,which has very positive practical application significance.It enriches the methods of supplier evaluation and decision-making,and has certain theoretical value to explore the coordinated development of supply chain.The research results will improve and enrich the relevant theories and have certain theoretical significance.
