The safe broadcasting of radio and television is one of the basic duties of the broadcasting system,and as the propaganda position and public opinion of the party and the government,safe broadcasting is also a crucial political mission.In order to ensure the quality and safety of radio and television broadcast,this paper combines the improved analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method on the basis of the traditional expert consultation method,and carries out the exploration and practice of the comprehensive evaluation model of radio and television broadcast safety from multiple angles and dimensions.In the course of this process,problems have been identified such as inconsistent clock systems,inadequate physical access control,old recording and broadcasting equipment,weak awareness of safety precautions,lack of corresponding detection systems,and lack of management capacity,and corresponding improvement measures have been put forward.If the funds allow to improve as much as possible,improve the equipment,improve the management level,to prevent broadcast accidents.Radio and TV security broadcast evaluation model with three level index,12 secondary indicators,43 three-level index evaluation system,including technology,system security,information security,broadcast safety management evaluation of three units.Through the improved analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to each index weight is calculated,by using the model of fuxin broadcast television broadcast safety was evaluated,the practice proved that this article USES the three-level index evaluation method applied to radio and TV security broadcast system,the feasible and effective.
