Research And Application Of Intelligent Decision-making Model Based On Ahp-on Sofm

Firstly, On the basis of the research of internal and overseas project evaluation, this paper gives project evaluation indexes system in which the index is quantified and normalized. By the pairwise comparison of factors and the solution of factors' priorities, the main purpose is to decrease the numbers of factors, the dimension of sample space and the object's complexity. Secondly, using SOFM to build a bidding model of construction project. Lastly, the model is trained by using actual sample date and outputs three classes results .It has showed that the model has the capability of project evaluation and the uncertainty resulted from the difference in evaluating the bidders is solved. Besides, multi-attribute decision-making and the comprehensive intelligent evaluation software greatly enable the practicality, popularisation and: operation of the model.
