Design Of The Wuhan ShoppingMall Office Automation System And Its Workflow Implementation

Along with the rapid development of global information, the requirements of Office Automation system in enterprise are more and more urgent. In this background, unified Wuhan "ShoppingMall "information construction item, we researched thoroughly to the realization methods of modern enterprise OA system ,by applying the advanced group technology,non-relational database-Lotus Domino/Notes, Workflow technique in specialty. In the information system architecture of Wuhan "ShoppingMall",this paper analysed the system requirements exhaustively ,and designed an advanced Office Automation system . According to the system design and the character of Workflow, this paper proposed the design proposal of OA Workflow based on the Lotus Notes work. It researched deeply in the design method to the documents examine and approve of controlling Workflow: builds the model of Workflow in OA system, designs the method according to its mentality .For enhancing the system efficiency, it brought forward the key technology of the process configuration and tache control .Process configuration could implement monitor initiatively, and maintain the Workflow process dynamically; Tache control can realize the definition of Workflow flexibly, and control flow occurrence through awarding certain purview of users. At last the paper introduced the detailed design of the system, explained the design points on database, navigator, form, view, folder, and etc. This system has basically finished. Currently, it has been debugged successfully in the corporation network environment and runs. Its effect is very good,then its stability and reliability are validated. Combined theory with practice,this paper discuss and experiment with the modern work requirement realization . The researches to the big and secure and reliable and manufactured Office Automation System have their reference value.
