The Research And Realization Of WorkFlow In Office Automation System

Workflow Management is the essential function of an Office AutomationSystem.We study the norm of WfMC carefully, and then used Workflow Management Structure Model in designing and developing OAS, except of some expand, The notions which we used in thesis conformed the notions of the norm of WfMC, In the same time we partly finished the realization of interface 1. interface3 and interface5.Considering the ability of process description, this thesis presents a new process definition model which use only one design element, and presents the complete definition of this process definition model. This model can describe the ordinary flow types, such as sequence flow, branch flow, selective branch flow, joint flow, selective joint flow and the combination of all above flow types. Cooperating with relevant flow control algorithm, it can improve the ability of description to complex process and predigest the process of modeling.This thesis also presents process definition tools that based on the graphical modeling, and implements the documental flow under Web environment. The graphical modeling method improve the efficiency of modeling and make user define complex process directly. B/S structure improves the applicability and maintainability of the system.The thesis presents some valuable trials for improving flexibility and applicability of the Office Automation Workflow System. These design methods are applied in BeiJiang Levee OA system, and have achieved good results, And also have some reference value in developing Workflow Management System which process high dependability, flexibility and adaptive.
