The Design And Implementation Of Office Automation System Based On Workflow

This paper explores how to use workflow technology in designing and development of OA system, which will improve the system function and work efficiency, all of this takes software engineering methodology as the guiding ideology. With the change of business needs, enterprises raise higher requirement on the two parts of process management and limited resources management. So, how to solve the problems in OA system, such as process management and limited resources, is worthy of research, and also is the purpose of this paper.The works of this paper:1) Give the design and implementation solution of OA system based on workflow technology according to the special needs of the small and medium-sized enterprises.2) Process management and resource management are two important aspects in OA system. For the process management, the mathematical model characterized for the process design and process control, can be more effective monitoring process and improve office efficiency, for limited public resource management, the bipartite graph model is build, and the algorithm to achieve the greatest match is given, the goal is to solve the conflict problem of the limited resources in the greatest possibility.3) Design and implement OA system based on workflow technology.The OA system based on the solution and technology of this paper ,and according to the actual needs of Beijing Jiaoda Siyuan Science & Technology Co., Ltd. has been used for half one year. That proves the solution is feasible.
