The work flow technology has already widely applied in office automation, electronic government affairs and so on, to realize in the enterprise and the organization service process model, the optimization, the process management and the integration, finally realized the service process automation core technology. The Petri net system is one kind computation model suits in the description asynchronous concurrent phenomenon, has the solid rationale and the mature analysis technology, and the model which establishes using the Petri net has the good visual picture and the powerful analysis technical support. But the traditional Petri fishing gear has some inherent flaws, for example along with the system structure complication, the model composition element are more and more , increased the model complexity and the element quantity greatly, also expresses with difficulty has the succession activity the event sequence, lacks the system security control and so on.Based on an application of Workflow technology in Official Document System, this thesis improves the Aalst's Workflow Petri Nets by extend it in the paradigm of color, time, and hierarchy firstly. Though the improved model has the same ability as the original one in aspect of description, it can be used to eliminates inherent limitations of classical one. Then, we establish an advanced Petri nets based security control model for Workflow management system, include restrictive mechanism, static role permission, dynamic authorization mechanism, and multi-level security Workflow model, etc. Finally, we apply our model to the design and implementation of a real office automation system by using Lotus Domino/Notes platform.
