Then thepaper analyses these four problems thoroughly, based on the analyses, the paperproposes and realizes the methods that can solve the problems.Based on the above researches, the paper constructs "the office automationsystem of Heilongjiang province transportation and administration bureau", withLotus Domino/J2EE. In document processing module, with the Office documentsand the system seamless integration controls, the system realizes informationexchange and marking reservation between OA and Office. In the process ofprocessing WEB page and Office document, the system uses Electronic Signatureto realize digital seal and electronic signature. During the design of workflow ituses visual definition module to realize workflow visualization and conveniencemodification. In the office document receiving and dispatching process, it usesremote security transmission without paper technology to achieve securitytransmission of the entire transport system departments without paper. Thus allkinds of key technologies solution used in the development platform are feasibleand effective.Finally, the paper summarizes, and proposes some topics which are stillneeded thorough research in the OA system, prospects the forecast of officeautomation system and the future of the development platform.The paper provides certain theory and technology for the research anddevelopment of office automation system, and it is also very helpful in designingbetter daily practical office automation system.
