It has changed the way of dealing with traditional affairs and has been making a great progress in the development and advancement of society. At the same time, the importance of information security has been well known. There was an important mission that is to realize the function of document transferring when the office automation system is running. The document transferring here is mainly defined as transferring course in which the documents are signed one by one. Due to the opening characteristic of Internet, security, authenticity and prevent-deny have become more and more important. In this research field of security, The Java security technology has appeared more and more advantages and has become the mainstream. The goal of this dissertation is not only to analyze the main technologies which are involved in Java security system but also to develop some whole programs on the relative difficult points in technology by Java security API. On this foundation, the frame of two resolving plans about digital signature based on Java security technology are pointed out, The plans can make up the leaks exist in the course of document-transferring in the office automation system. The first one is realized by relative tools of java, and the second one is to construct java class with Java. security API.
