Research On Construction Of The Industrial Park Library

Under the background in the reform and opening up policy and the knowledge economic development, with the development of development and the continuous improvement of the public library system , industrial park library as a special type of public library system, the development zone and enterprise's development are put forward higher request to the industrial park library. Industrial park libraries not only take on the public library duties, and at the same time also for regional economic development to provide information resource service. This research aims to Induction and generalization the study of the industrial park library's development, combing such as the theory and practice of the basic content about the industrial park library, analyzing the current situation of the industrial park library on the management and service,and according to the characteristics of industrial park library to discussion of its management and services. Due to the time of the development of industrial zone library is short, there are many deficiencies in the developing process, and the study of the Industrial park library construction not only is helpful for the industrial park library systematic further development. Meanwhile, there is enriched and perfect the public library system. This study has its special meaning and value.The paper is divided into six parts. The first part introduces the research background,development and research status is related to the basic situation about industrial park library. The second part mainly discusses some practical background and basic theory including industrial park library concepts and characteristics describe, which related to the development of industrial park library. The third part, mainly to analyze the industrial park of library construction subject. Meanwhile, to analysis and comparison the model of industrial park library construction, and puts forward industrial park of the library management mode. The fourth part is the industrial park library funds, collections, personnel management to analyze the situation and the corresponding strategies. The fifth part is the industrial park status of library and information services to analyze problems and propose strategies. The last part of this paper is to summarize the insufficient and prospect.This paper is based on the research achievements by previous researchers, and also has the following innovative points. First, defined and description the concept and feature of industrial park library. Second, industrial park library implementing the total-branch libraries system with multi-level construction subject,"a hall, two systems". Third, Management model under the science reasonable management process, establish a basal support strategies that composed by "Guaranteed funding","Characteristic collection resources" and "Professional librarian team".
