Research On The Development Strategy Of County Public Library Information Construction

In the age of the Information Society, the Information Industry has become the core strength and social progress in promoting the economic development. As the oldest and the most special part of the Information Industry, Public Libraries are the primary culture service providers for disseminating knowledge, popularizing science, and improving the public quality. Country Public Libraries have great significance on the promotion of local political, economic, and cultural all-round development.As to master the overall level of information services of Country Public Libraries on the Information Construction, I take Shandong Weifang as the study example to find its context of information development. The research methods include literature analysis, field visits, comparative analysis and questionnaire survey; we research from the hardware resources, software resources, personnel development, the information resources construction and website building points of view to survey the necessity of the Information Construction, favorable conditions and problems in this area.In the first, the article summarizes the overview and relevant theories of Information and Library Information; clarify the domestic and international research dynamics and the significance of Library Information, and take them as a theoretical basis of the study. Second, it introduces each region of Shandong Weifang, involving human geography and the situation of Information Construction, to support the research by relevant research data. Then, I look for achievements and shortcomings existing in these county public libraries, comparing them with the developed coastal regions and the foreign libraries. Finally, I make some reasonable proposals from the following aspects:the information thinking, software construction, talents development, dissemination, and personalized construction.
