Analysis Of Service Status And Demand Of Industrial Park Library In Baoding Tongfang Wisdom Valley

Since China began to establish high-tech industrial development zones in the 1980 s,industrial parks,as the new focal point of regional economic development,are the most vital economic part of China and an important place for technological R&D and technological innovation.With the continuous deepening of reforms and the establishment and development of industrial parks at various levels,the construction of various types of infrastructure has also gradually improved.In contrast,the development of industrial park libraries is not yet universal,and the academic theory of industrial parks is based on Research is still in the initial stage of exploration.From the perspective of the library,this article explores the library's current existence of ?information services provided by libraries? and ?users have Difficulties do not know how to solve the root cause of the problem of the docking between library services and users' needs.According to this,it proposes optimized countermeasures for the development of library services in industrial parks in order to maximize the utility of libraries in industrial parks and provide better quality for users.Information service,achieve a win-win situation for the company.This paper aims at the mismatch between the information services and user needs of the current Baoding Tongfang wisdom valley industrial park,and conducts interviews and questionnaire surveys on user needs and user experience in library service.According to the relevant theories of library services and user needs,the user needs and users of the library service experience are investigated from the four dimensions of library environment,space,resources,and services.The investigation found that the library of Baoding Industrial Park currently has unreasonable space divisions,imperfect equipment and facilities,low service levels and low utilization rate,difficulties in ?displaying? users' information needs,and restrictions on users' use of library hands..Based on this,combined with user experience theory and library service related theories,using the successful experience of other libraries,combining the characteristics of the same party wisdom valley industrial park library and its users,we propose a library service optimization strategy:(1)The library of the industrial park shall optimize the physical and virtual library space,strengthen the construction of information resources,strengthen the software and hardware support of services,enrich service content and methods,strengthen the cultivation and management of librarians,and carry out user training and service promotion;(2)The library of the Industrial Park shall establish resources with other libraries and information institutions to build externally,establish integration of information resources with enterprises,and cooperate with information services,and establish cooperation alliances with university libraries.
