Hot Stove is one of the important equipment manufacturing,it has a high hot air temperature,the advantages of low investment and easy maintenance.In recent years,Hot Stove technology continues to develop,hot stove's level of temperature control has been significantly improved,it great important for iron smelting in Blast furnace.In this paper, based on three hot stove,combine Hot Stove regenerative process and control requirements,proposed and designed a stove control system of the overall program.this paper introduces the SIEMNS PCS7 process control system, and through on-site analysis of control points.Identified the process controllers and remote controller module related options.Design composed by the PCS7 control system of hot blast furnace.Targeted at the temperature of hot blast stove combustion dynamics and the characteristics of hard real-time control,focuses on the combustion control system of Hot Stoves.In the analysis of fuzzy control and classification based on the principle of a fuzzy controller,complete the design of intelligent control system in Hot Stove,and compared with PID control with the simulation results.In the other hand,under the hot stove technology requirements on the computer monitoring system,use WinCC V6.0 configuration software tools for the development,designing to monitor and control screen of Hot Stove system.The system with a dynamic process data on-site monitoring functions,historical data archiving function,abnormal signal alarm function,on-site operation guide function and process control functions.
