Hot-blast stove is a modern industrial production process of the important heat exchange unit, and the temperature control system is also a modern industrial system, an important thermal control system. Ability to achieve good temperature control of hot-blast stove, is an important factor to increase industrial production.This temperature control system for Hot-blast stove has a larger hysteresis, nonlinearity, time variation of the control object, the temperature control in the past often have to use the traditional PID control method, the traditional PID controller design is based on the mathematical model of the object can not parameters in real time and on-line adjustment, it is difficult to adapt to the complex and volatile stove temperature control, control performance is not ideal. Simply using PID control or fuzzy control will not get better control effect, if the PID control and fuzzy control are two methods combined can form complementary, both the advantages of both fuzzy-PID control of the controller.This text briefly describes the application of fuzzy control technology and development of the traditional control technology and the difference between fuzzy control technology, characteristics and their advantages and disadvantages. The conventional PID controller and fuzzy PID controller for comparative analysis, and the stove temperature control rules, the design of a fuzzy self-tuning PID controller to realize the stove temperature control, the controller is a two input and three output Self-tuning PID controller parameters, finally, through the MATLAB simulation shows that the fuzzy-PID controller has better stability and robustness of control performance than conventional PID controller has a larger increase, fast response, and high precision, has a strong anti-interference ability, so as to achieve the temperature on the stove better control effect.
