This Thesis has studied the fuzzy controlling and the improvement method of stable state performance, and has proposed the temperature control system scheme of the hot-blast stove on this basis.This text has narrated the development overview of the fuzzy control theory and development trend briefly , have analysed characteristic , difference and one's own advantages and existing problems of fuzzy control technology and traditional control technology, providing the design method and improve measure of performance for the fuzzy controller. According to the existing problem of hot-blast stove control system used in Baoji electric locomotive depot, have proposed the design plan of the controller and implementing scheme of the system.Many sets of hot-blast stove in Baoji electric locomotive depot used for drying insulating paint of electric products was produced and installed in 60's to 70's, the technology the stove adopted has already outmoded, performance differs greatly, in addition,the product series variously, make the control target changeable and uncertainty, it is very difficult to set up the accurate mathematics model for these target. Using with single goal controller that parameter design for to other different goal when the centralized control, its result is that control performance of some goals become bad, even cant work normally.According to the situation of various targets and demand for centralized control ofmulti-target, this text proposes adopting the fuzzy scheme of controlling, and carry on systematic design and emulation to the goal of the hot-blast stove, have study and put forward the method to improve fuzzy controller, has proved - the feasibility of Fuzzy-PID control strategy . According to the complicated environment of the system working site , have proposed having hardware implementing scheme of stronger anti-interference ability and software design.
