The control of hot blast stove combustion system is one of the most important process control in the blast furnace manufacture. The control quality of system of combustion control system is directly related to the safe and economic running of the power plant. But the controlled object of the combustion system is a typical multivariable complex system, it is difficult to modeling based on mathematic theory. Now, the effect of the routine PID control method that widely adopted in the domestic power plant is not satisfactory. So the fuzzy control theory. Adaptive control theory are introduced into the hot blast stove combustion system in this paper. The changing air fuel ratio control strategy is adapted to assured combustion control and store enough hot blest in the burning time for the hot blast stove.The controlled object of the hot blast stove combustion system is not only a typical multivariable , nonlinear and hysteretic complex system but also can not reflect the real situation accurately. Presently , the control of the hot blast stove combustion system depends on operators' experience to a high degree. In order to improve the quality of the hot blast stove combustion system, the text refer to adopt fuzzy control technique to analyze and set prime air fuel ratio control, prime coal gas flux .it indicate acquire more effective control impact.This article compared the fuzzy control and the classical control and other control method in certain scale and certain degree. We made a study of some type of control means and the combination of them and in the same time we design automation control in the hot blast stove combustion system for the reconstruct of No.3 blast furnace in HEFEI STEEL&IRON CO. |
