The control quality of hot-blast stove system is directly related to the safe and economic running of the power plant. Presently,the routine PID control method that widely adopted in the domestic plant turns out not to be so successful.In this project, we have developed a suit of mine-warming facility which is of high thermal efficiency and high dependability–Hot-blast Stove Combustion System for Coal Mine. In this article,the essential subsystem for the control system is discussed and analyzed. Through comparison of kinds of schemes,the control plan which combines Industrial Personal Computer monitoring and data collection by MCU is proposed. The point in the paper discussed is the fuzzy controller for the stove, fuzzy control principle on gas regulating valve is researched in detail. Finally, we researched on the realization process of fuzzy control system for gas stove. The picture of the monitor computer is realized by VC and we use the SQL Server as the backup database. The test result shows that this control system can get more effective. Now,this Monitoring system has been using in real task.
