The Industrial Ethernet-based Monitor And Control System For Blast Furnace

The context of the paper is the renovation project of No.3 blast furnace in HEFEI STEEL&IRON Co. Referring to a lot of correlation literature domestic and overseas. The paper introduce particularly general situation, status quo, developing direction on the computer control, expatiate the general design of process monitor and control system, the component and configuration of hardware and software combining iron production craftwork, process control claming and No.3 blast furnace technical flow.According to the claim of the blast furnace to monitor system, we adopt three level monitor system with SIEMENS S7-400 series and industry control computer (IPC) .The task is to design blast furnace, material proportion and hot blast stove the process monitor systemThe monitoring part use SIEMENS configuration software Wincc6.0 by way of tap tool, configure monitor and control menu ,workout corresponding monitor program ,make the system process function :dynamic monitor, archive history data, singularity alarm ,locale handling supervise and control of production process, the user interface is in Chinese setting ,interface friendly .handling easily.When we design the communication PROFIBUS-DP with ET-200 long-distance control station and industrial Ethernet referring to No.3 blast furnace and combing the system traits, the Ethernet meet the need of all levels control, make project communication identical with control network, reduce cost, easily learn and apply. The design of PROFIBUS -DP purpose is apply to locale high-velocity data transfer, at the level ,PLC communicate via high-velocity serial data bus with disperse locale facility.Since the system is on stream, the blast furnace run in gear, draw clarity control placidly and create good setting and qualification ,the system has better practicability.
