This thesis is based on the technical characteristic of hot blast stove in the blast furnace system, and the running experiences of hot blast stove in the internal and overseas, considering the running status in XiNing Special Steelworks in particular, the study and application of a kind of fuzzy adaptive controller is discussed.In this thesis, the automatic control system in hot blast stove is introduced. The burning technics and the performance index of the control system are summarized. The strategy and the process of design are expounded. The model of fuzzy adaptive control which used in hot blast stove is established. The fuzzy adaptive controller that is implemented by 'pseudocode' is discussed in detail. In the burning control of the hot blast stove, the separated phase control strategy is adopted in the fuzzy adaptive controller which has a large range inputs, and realize the fast following performance.Using the simulink in MATLAB, the process of simulation experiment to the control system is still discussed in this thesis, and, the function modules of the fuzzy adaptive controller and the fast following performance in the system are actualize with S-function. The simulation results prove that the strategy of fuzzy adaptive control can achieve the better control effect. |
