Hot Blast Furnace Intelligent Control System

The hot blast stove as a controlled object is a distributed parameter nonlinear and muti-variable system .the key point of increasing wind temperature and saving energy is to control combustion . But setting up mathmatics model is relatively complicated according to traditional automatic combustion system of hot blast stove .In this paper , a new control method based on fuzzy neural network is presented , which is used to fast extract fuzzy if-then rules. Using this method the difficulties of rules obtaining has been solved through learning from the experiences of skilled workers. The real controlling effect shows that this method is easy to realize and has solved the automatic controlling problems of combustion in hot blast stove.
