The temperature measurement and research on temperature distribution of explosivefield provide important basis for the explosive power of evaluation and analysis, is of greatsignificance.When the explosives detonated, it would produce high temperature and high pressure andstrong shock, the production can cause great destruction to the test device, ordinary testmethods can be difficult to obtain the effective data of explosion temperature. Based on thebackground, the research of transient high temperature storage measurement system based onwireless transmission is carried out.According to the index and function requirements of the system suggested by scientificresearch personnel, the overall design scheme is proposed on the basis of the parameters ofthe explosive field. According to the system's overall plan, a kind of transient hightemperature storage measurement system based on wireless transmission would be designed.The whole system includes the master control system and the measurement system. Themeasurement system mainly consists of tungsten-rhenium thermal couple, CPLD andsingle-chip microcomputer control modules, Simulation regulate circuit, AD transform andstorage circuit, wireless control module, battery module and shell and so on. The mastercontrol system mainly includes the computer and wireless host control module.The main task of the paper had being to design the hardware circuit of the system anddebug it. The paper had analyzed lots of problems discovered during the debugging process,such as the noise oversize. According to the results of the analysis, the paper improved thehardware circuit design and the stability of the system. After the debugging of the system hasbeen completed, the paper messured the time constant and temperature parameters of thesystem, measured the communication performance and distance of the wireless transceivermodule through experiment. According to the analysis of experimental results, we can draw conclusion that the parameters of the system can meet the measurement work of the explosiontemperature, has certain practical value and application prospect.
