Test of artillery's temperature parameters plays a key role in the design, development, production and acceptance process of artillery. The traditional thermometric indicator has many disadvantages such as large outlines, inconvenient usage, liable to various interferences and so on, is limited its applications. Test of artillery's dynamic multi-parameters has the characters as execrable surroundings, multi-disturbance and so on. So an based on the K-type thermocouple temperature measurement system of the off-line is designed in the article. The Off-line temperature measurement system includes hardware system and software system. AVR single-chip ATmega128 is the core in the hardware system. Seriouly Considering the portability, reliability, cost, volume, power consumer and so on, the article builds the Off-line temperature measurement system. Considering the technical requirements of temperature measurement system, the article separately chooses the sensors and corresponding conditioners which have the high ratio of performance to price and high reliability and signal acquisition modules. The software includes AD sampling task and USB firmware design. The software system has the function of parameter setting, data preserving, waveform display, print and help based on the Labview software.Based on the Static calibration and dynamic experiment in the last part, the test results shows that the Off-line temperature measurement system fully meet the needs of the technical requirements, and the building of hardware is reasonable and the performance is stable, the software has a good human-machine conversation interface. And it accord with the habits of the project operator.
