Explosion field temperature measurement have great significance to research and analysis on thermal damage effect and temperature distribution when ammunition explosion. Temperature and pressure temperature explosive has features of a large area,high temperature,long duration and obvious effect of thermal damage,traditional testing methods has a certain difficulty, so carried out the research on transient temperature storage testing technology based on the ZigBee wireless sensor network.Firstly,analyze the mechanism of explosive pressure and temperature,after comparison, analysis and summary of radiation damage model at home and abroad,use improved Baker model as calculated basis of explosion fireball thermal radiation damage parameters,then analyzes the explosions characteristics of this type of bomb,use selection criteria for the thermal dose as determine basis to heat damage effect,make the corresponding explain to calculation of the diameter of the fireball when explosion.Secondly, on the basis of theoretical analysis to temperature and pressure parameters,proof the performance of the test system,prepare the system performance.Thirdly, design a transient temperature storage test system based on the control of ZigBee wireless sensor network which combine explosion field temperature storage testing technology and wireless sensor network technology,discuss and validate in detail to the design and implementation to some function modules,simulate to some function modules.Finally, use traceable temperature sensor dynamic calibration to calibrate sensor on the test system ,assess and check to the test system .The results shows that the system is reliable, and the data is available.
