Although there are many different ways in temperature measurement, thermocouple which is a unique advantages industrial temperature measurement become one of the most widely used sensor elements. it can measure gas, liquid, solid temperature with the display instruments, and the state as the amount of process control temperature information for the host-site. Micro-thermocouple also can be used for rapid and dynamic temperature measurement.SZ-7 is a thermocouple temperature measuring unit to measure temperature with a copper-constantan thermocouple, thermocouple cold junction compensation for use of electronic principles. The main content of this issue is to do the measurement software for the SZ-7, which was based on SCA (Service Component Architecture) software design. SCA is a service component programming model, and the basic building unit is components. Through this series of service components, SCA is assembled them to provide some specific business functions.This paper mainly researching the model of SCA, the composition of SCA components, and the definition of service, interface, implementation and reference. Meanwhile, it studied the basic structure of the SZ-7. According to the achieved function of SZ-7, it was divided into several service, defines all service interface, reference, and implementation. According to the communication protocol of the SZ-7, it has realized the system of serial communication. It was use the acquired data of AD acquisition chip throughing the indexing table to process for needed temperature data,and to achieve the required SZ-7 several basic functions:data display and query, historical curve, real-time curves.Through several components of Eclipse JUnit respectively the unit test. Finally, the system has assembling SCA model,using RMI (Remote Method Invocation) binding, and successfully invoking service. |
