The test of explosion temperature will be of great importance in study of thermal damageeffect and temperature distribution in the process of ammunition blasting. Thermo baric bombblast accompanies high temperature, high voltage and jet stream so that the temperature isdifficult to measure. This paper launched the explosive transient temperature test methodresearch to overcome the above drawbacks.Stating from the explosion mechanism, the baker pattern was selected as theoreticalfoundation to evaluate the diameter and time of explosive fireball. Then the extent of softtarget damaged by explosive thermal was estimated according to explode characteristics andthermal dosage guidelines. On this basis, compare between contract-type and noncontract-type comparison, the contract-type based on thermocouple was employed. To solvethe key problem in the temperature test of thermocouple, response properties of thermocouplein air flow dynamic measurement should be selected analysis. As first-order system, thethermocouple obtains the response function parameter when the explode process washypothesized as half a sinusoidal input.When in sever environment, system design scheme could be given combine withthermocouple temperature measurement theory. The non-volatile flash memory was used toensure the security of power-fail data. Zigbee wireless module was used for the electriccontrol up and down, parameter setting and condition monitoring of the system. In addition,the traceable dynamic calibration technology was used to carry out the static and dynamiccalibration, and the field test conducted as well. At last, we utilized MATLAB to work outcurve and processed data including error analysis and damage assessment. Experimentalresults showed that the test system designed in this paper is highly reliable and test data arevaluable.
