Flight bodies refer to the aircraft, cruise missiles, rockets or other flying vehicles whichare used to complete the specific tasks. When the flight body is in the process of performing aflight mission, the temperature changes of the monitored surface is an important message. Asa guide of the storage testing technology design principles, a flight body temperaturemeasurement system is designed in this paper, which can record the dynamic change processof the temperature signal of each measured point on the flight body when it is performing aflight mission in real-time.According to the design of the flight body temperature measurement system, this papermainly expounds the following four aspects.First, the theory of Storage Testing which the temperature test system is based on andthermocouple temperature measuring principle are described in detail.Second, test content, testing environment and characteristics of the measured signal isanalyzed in detail, and the design proposal of the flight body temperature measurementsystem is invented, and the hardware circuit design and the system design process are deeplydiscussed in this paper. Key technology involved mainly includes: The system uses a uniformsampling strategy to achieve the uniformity sampling of the temperature signal; In order todistinguish the data channel and dislocation in the transmission, the system codes the data;When storing the data, two large-capacity non-volatile memories store the data alternately inorder to improve storage rate.Thirdly, the flight body temperature measurement system reliability model is establishedby analyzing the failure mechanisms of electronic components, and the reliability of thedesigned system is expected.Fourth, the static calibration and dynamic calibration experiment process ofthermocouple were introduced in detail. The static calibration experiment on K-Thermocouplethat is used in this testing system is carried out in FAST CAL, and the dynamic calibrationexperiment on K-Thermocouple is carried out using step-function signals by semiconductorlaser, and the calibration results are analyzed in the end.
