This paper studies on constructing a heating device (high-temperature resistance stove) with online-control system given by the Physical and Chemical lab of the second cement factory in FuFeng country. The structure of system can be divided into two parts: hardware design and software design. The part on hardware consists of the main control circuit, environment data collecting, temperature measurement and alarm circuit, and power control circuit, etc. The technique of temperature compensation and zero-point trigging has been used in the system, and the precision of temperature measurement guaranteed from hardware builds a foundation to upgrade the precision of control. The design of programming part related to the mode of intelligent control system can realize the precision control to multi-points temperature by simulation analysis in computer. The mature algorithm of variable speed integral separation PID has been adopted in control rule, and the parameter of control rule is used optimally by the simulation analysis in computer. The control of system has adopted the module program configuration, it consists of the main program, interrupt service subroutine and control algorithm subroutine, etc. The computer simulation analysis has been used for the whole temperature control mode of system in which the precision is under眑癈. A satisfied controlling result is gained and it has meet the needs of the process of producing requirements.
