With the development of network and multimedia technology, network education, as a main carrier for network curriculum, is more and more popular, and at the same time, it plays an important role in network education. The students can learn by themselves without restrictions of time and space, therefore, it promotes the process of the our higher education popularization, the socialization of education and lifelong learning. Meanwhile, people pay more and more attention to network course. The requirements of network educators who design the network course are becoming higher and higher. How to design the feedback in web-course learning is also an important task for network educators. The paper which takes the multimedia courseware as an example, explains the different feedbacks for different learners in the course of making multimedia courseware.This paper uses of systematic methods of Dick-Carey's Instructional Design Model which can detail the whole systematic teaching process. According to the teaching content, the author makes the analytic hierarchy hair, classified analysis, a detailed analysis on the courseware response, feedback time, feedback type and feedback frequency. According to Software Engineering idea, Waterfall Model is adopted in the development process, the author begins from the function of the system requirements analysis, then, guides from the operation of the system safeguard six links. ASP and Access database technology are used in the completing system development. Besides the development course information, learning resources, testing, BBS, a learning quality tracking module is also used to analysis and track learners' learning quality status. This module uses the duration and single page to which visit count to determine the learners' learning quality status. So,learners can refer to all the valid user study this network course,and each page average time A and own study of time to do contrast, through the line chart for analyzing their learning quality status and reference value the gap between A value.Through the test, the author gets some findings, namely, this system operation condition is good, the function is practical, and the manegment is easy. In a word, the author achieves the desired goals. It satisfies the demand of learners, so, it improves the quality of teaching and learning effect.
