As a required public course in the universities,the course University Information Technology has an important significance of constructing the learner's knowledge system. But in the teaching of University Information Technology, many universities are still using the traditional teaching mode whose main aim is just to teach, which can not effectively stimulate the learners'interest. The curriculum reformation of University Information Technology can effectively improve the learners'learning efficiency and learning effects. It can also promote the meaning construction of the learners'knowledge. It has a positive practical significance.The current research on curriculum reformation of University Information Technology mostly focuses on building their online course, while the study of the blended learning are paid less attention to. This article attempts to base on the new BB platform introduced by the universities, adopt the blended learning model to explore the development and teaching practice of the online course University Information Technology. First of all, this article introduces this paper's research background, research status, research methods, and research purpose and significance; Secondly it introduces the theoretical basis of the curriculum development of University Information Technology, including instructional design activity theory, humanistic learning theory, constructivist learning theory and blended learning, and so on; Thirdly it introduces the main process of the instructional design of blended learning model, followed by the introduction of the course design of University Information Technology which is based on the blended learning model, and the development process of the network course University Information Technology on the BB teaching platform; Fourthly it introduces the case of teaching practice of University Information Technology and evaluation and analysis of the teaching; At the last it summarizes the whole paper, which makes a conclusion of the research results, and makes the prospects about the future work.The main purpose of this research was to reform the University Information Technology course, use BB platform to develop the blended online course, explore the design of the content and teaching process of blended teaching. The research on the university's reformation of the University Information Technology course has a certain reference to the existing teaching curriculum. It also provides design model for the university's network course under the BB platform environment.
