Information technology education has been put forward to be popularized in middle schools and to advance Integrating Information Technology into Curriculum (IITC) and the reform of new curriculum. At present, a lot of people are researching IITC, but systematic research method and theory have not emerged. In this paper, a systematic research method for IITC is proposed to help researchers. This method pay more attention to practice and feedback, through continual experiments, better results, such as instructional modes and resources software could be gotten.Instructional mode research is the most important part in IITC research, it is very important both in research and in the process of putting IITC into practice. Instructional mode is also called Instructional structure, simply, it is a typical and steady teaching procedures in the instruction of some teaching ideologies. It's an important factor which can influence teaching effect and quality. This IITC research is conducted according to the above-mentioned systematic method, instructional modes research is paid more attention, firstly, class types in physics are classified, then experiment class is chosen as an example to research, a new instructional mode in experiment class which is assistant by computer is proposed, in the following process, the research will enter experiment step, a simple design is proposed here.
