Nowadays, education informatization is developing rapidly. Theapplication of the Web Curriculum has been receiving more and moreattention of scholars or learners. Web Curriculum can break limits of spaceand time, share high quality education resources, and allow the real-timeinteraction in Internet. These characteristics have made certain impact ontraditional school education. How to help learners to acquire knowledge anddevelop skills quickly and effectively through Web Curriculum is a criticalissue of design and development. This thesis focuses on "wireless LAN" unit in "computer network" course. The author use the theories of instructional design to perform the requirementanalysis, feasibility analysis, learning task analysis, learner analysis, learning strategies design, learning process design, and study evaluationdesign, and complete the instructional design scheme of autonomous learning.Carrying out the Web Curriculum development based on the open sourceMOODLE platform, and using many learning activities modules provided byMOODLE platform, teachers can easily organize and design rich learningactivities.First, this thesis investigates the present situation of the construction ofcurrent Web Curriculum, analyses the existing problems and challenges. Andthen the author puts forward the course design model, design the WebCurriculum with the task-driven approach. Through the study of the lead ofthe task, learners can actively construct knowledge. On the analysis of thestructure and function MOODLE platform, the thesis indicates that with thesupport of rich activities module provided by it,learners can acquireknowledge interactively under different study situation. The test indicates that the system is stable in operation, the function isstrong, easier management. The teachers who have no professional computer knowledge can easily upload the curriculum resources and organize learningactivities. Through teaching practice, this research has achieved the desiredresults. This course can satisfy the learners’ autonomous learning needs.
