| Compared with traditional books, digital books have technical advantages, spread advantage, concept advantage and price advantage. Electronic paper book (E-book) as a new carrier, has lower power consumption, has the benefits of not hurting the eyes, and has the feeling of reading the paper. According to market developments, venture capital investors focus on digital book industry based on E-book platform. However, the development of the industry has a short time, the industry chain is very complex and there are still many problems to be resolved, such as copyright, digital publishing business models, E-book standards, the terminal key technologies, benefits distribution of the whole chain. There are many literatures studying the industry development factors of digital book. But few literatures focused on the combination of investment venture evaluation. Based on the above background, this paper evaluates the investment venture in digital book industry based on E-book platform. The investment venture evaluation index system was established by means of questionnaire survey and factor analysis. An investment venture evaluation model was set up by means of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Concludes the paper work, mainly in the following three aspects:1. Making questionnaire survey to investment venture of digital book industry based on E-book platform.The paper gave a preliminary selection of investment venture evaluation index, according to the choice principles. And it is validated by means of questionnaire survey. The returned questionnaires pass the reliability and validity analysis. It was concluded that the questionnaire surveys was acceptable.2. Establishing the investment venture evaluation index system of digital book industry based on E-book platform.The returned acceptable questionnaires were factor analyzed, and eight public factors were got after dimension reduction. The paper tried to explain the practical implications of public factors after rotation. The investment venture evaluation index system was established, aiming at digital book industry based on E-book platform. 3. Setting up an investment venture evaluation model of digital book industry based on E-book platform.Based on the investment venture evaluation index system, an investment venture evaluation model was established, by means of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The conclusion of this paper was the venture level of digital book industry based on E-book platform was low, in accordance with domestic conditions and environment. |
