Research And Implementation Of Fuzzy Evaluation Model For Investment Benefit Evaluation

Investment is one of important power of economic development,with the development of economy and the progress of the society,the government put forward a new mode of economic growth, the investment not only affected their own development of the enterprise,more related to the sustainable of social economy.Through the scientific evaluation of enterprise investment benefit,making more reasonable control of investment,enhancing the enterprise competitiveness,guiding the healthy development of enterprise,is the main contents and important meanings of investment benefit evaluation.This subject is based on investment benefit evaluation,combined with the present situation and the background of grid enterprise informatization,mainly focused on the theory of fuzzy evaluation model,put forward a scientific fuzzy evaluation system for the grid enterprise informatization investment benefit evaluation.Firstly,set up a evaluation index system according to the features and needs of the grid enterprise informatization investment evaluation;then establish judgement matrix by the importance of the index,and make sure the index weight using the AHP;then mark by using expert scoring method and set up evaluation matrix;at last get a enterprise informatization investment benefit result by comprehensive evaluation.This subject is based on J2EE structure, using the technology such as Flex,Spring,Ibatis,researched and implemented enterprise informatization investment benefit evaluation and assessment system.The system included the establishing of index system and the management of index information,the establishing of judegement matrix and weight computing by using AHP,the building of evaluation matrix by expert scoring method and the comprehensive computing,realizing the whole management of fuzzy evaluation calculation,reaching the aim of controlling,tracing,inquiring at every evaluation steps.The result indicated that the research of fuzzy evaluation model had the characteristics of fairness and efficiency and can be in the service of enterprise informatization investment benefit evaluatlion; the enterprise informatization investment benefit evaluation and assessment system is concise and pratical and can provide strong support for evaluation of the investment benefit,it has good society and economic efficiency.
