The medical undergraduate was chosen as research object, and the information literacy standards for medical undergraduate students were constructed.Based on the literature review and systematic analysis of the relevant information literacy intension at home and abroad, the author constructed the three-level mode of the discipline information literacy and the framework of the information literacy standards for medical undergraduates. An expert group was composed by researchers, clinical doctors, and experimental personnel from medical main subjects and teachers engaged in bioinformatics and medial information retrieval. And then, the Delphi method investigation was implemented. After three rounds of investigation and feedback, the text of evaluation indicators of information literacy for medical undergraduate was confirmed. In the aspect of weight, this thesis applied the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) method to determinate the weight factors rationally. Lastly, this thesis designed a questionnaire to validate its reliability and validity.Results and Conclusion:①The three-level model of the discipline information literacy was constructed. It concluded the Primary level (Basic literacy), Intermediate level (Tools literacy and Technology literacy) and High-level (research literacy).②The framework of the information literacy standard for medical undergraduate students was built.Combined with TangXiaoWei's theory on four elements of consciousness and DengXiaoZhao's research results about information need, the author found and clarified the relationship between information consciousness and the information need. The thesis Expand the researcher's horizons from the general define and articulate the information need to information consciousness's awareness. Thus the thesis found the theoretical support of putting information consciousness into the standard of information literacy for undergraduate students.③The text of evaluation indicators of information literacy for medical undergraduate was confirmed.
