Epidemiological survey of mental disorders(ESMD) is aimed at getting the statistics of the prevalence rate and cause of the mental disorders of some special target groups. The survey could be regular or irregular and have important meaning to the society. So ESMD has been an important work of mental health center all around the country. When analyzing the history data of ESMD, it is hard to reuse the data such as accumulation, classification, analysis, tracking and matching, because of the lack of effective information management tools. Developing an information management tool is cooperated with a mental health center. Our tool has been used by them in 2014 and has been proved to be effective according to them.ESMD is based on the diagnostic interview of different mental disorders, which is similar to the test papers of examinations and the questionnaires of surveys. After researching the systems of the examination and questionnaire carefully, we refine the commonness of them and design the individuality of ESMD. Our implementation is based on the framework of J2 EE Web. Our system has some basic function modules as general systems have such as the department management, user management, role management, task management, subject management, paper management, problem solving process management and so on. It also has some special modules for the field of mental health like characteristics test, policy based test papers generating, questionnaire release, questionnaire answer, data audit, result statistics, output sample data and so on. All these special modules can improve the efficiency and quality of ESMD.Our system designed for the field of mental health has many advantages. First, the system can obtain reliable questionnaires by extracting and constructing the professional materials. Second, it can build connections between questions and answers and then realize dynamic correlations of diagnostic interviews of different features after analyzing the features. Thirdly, it designs the method generating test papers based on policies, which can make the generative process easier. Fourthly, the designed rules of the answer process are convenient and efficient, which can increase the efficiency and reduce the time of answer. Fifthly, thanks to the use of many statistical methods such as sequence matching, scoring statistics, prevalence rate assessment, answer screening, screening according to the belief and so on, the system can output multidimensional sample data. Last but not least, the use of the modules of the questionnaire release and automatic deployment improves the portability and expandability of our system.
