The 1553B, CAN, Ethernet and other industry-standard bus are widely used in the weapon system in recent years.Large amounts of data should be storaged accurately and confidentiality during the process of storage testing,data acquisition, control mechanism and black box. Field operations in harsh and dangerous environment, such as the explosion testing, data wil be lost caused by computer damaging. To solve this problem one method is to use a storage device to transmit and store data in real time in the security zone .However the rate and distance are new problems.Ethernet technology will be the leader and the only standard in industrial control networks in place of fieldbus. It is flexible and have good openness and versatility.It not only expanded the range of transmission distance and also greatly enhanced speed .This design uses Ethernet interface to achieve real-time data transmission to solve the problem of rate and distance.Traditional method of application of Ethernet in computer is cockamamie and communication protocol is relatively complex.This paper do research of system integration of this storage device to solve problem above.Thesis analyze Ethernet data transfer protocols and choose the UDP protocol,design a simple and reliable hardware systems. Test prototype module is formed by FPGA, FLASH memory, Ethernet integrated chip, USB controller chip. VHDL hardware description language is used in FPGA programming to achieve a parallel structure ,multi-level state machine simulation andsystem simulationm. Ethernet Transmission experiments show that the scenario of storage is feasible.
