Large-capacity data storage system is an important electronic device,which is widely used in civil life and aerospace industry.Mainly used to store data such as images and videos.This paper focuses on the key indicators that affect system performance of a missile's mass data storage system,such as system storage capacity,storage rate,and storage accuracy rate.The research contents are as follows:(1)Research and demonstrate the overall scheme of the large capacity data storage system.According to the performance requirements of the large capacity data storage system,formulate the principle of the system scheme,propose the overall design concept,give the overall scheme of the system according to the research,and demonstrate the feasibility of each part of the scheme;(2)Carry out the corresponding hardware selection according to the requirements and scheme,and design the hardware circuit of the FPGA large-capacity data storage system according to the scheme,design the Camera Link protocol data receiving system,parallel NAND FLASH storage system,serial SPI FLASH storage system,power supply management system and USB communication system,study the wiring layout and other precautions in the PCB manufacturing process;(3)According to the hardware platform,the system software design and system hardware and software debugging are completed by using the modular concept.Aiming at the metastable problem in the cross-clock domain design of this system,a solution is proposed through theoretical analysis,which has good practical effect.On the basis of the above research,design a complete large-capacity data storage system,and debug and field test the prototype,including: image data reception rate 18 M,NAND FLASH storage capacity 8GB,NAND FLASH read and write rate 36 MB / s,SPI FLASH storage capacity 16 MB,USB transfer rate 24 MB / s.According to the measured results,it isshown that this large-capacity data storage system meets the design technical indicators,meets the actual needs,and lays the foundation for the productization of the system.
