Foam glass as an excellent new building energy-saving materials, has a wide range of applications.To ensure the quality of foam glass, should strictly control foam kiln stove temperature and annealing in setting temperature range. However, the production of foam glass is a typical thermal process, it is very complicated, with large time delay, nonlinear and time-varying characteristics. At present, many manufacturers use "temperature controller + contactor + electric heater" of electrical control add manual control match production mode. Low productivity, high energy consumption, quality of instability is a common phenomenon in the foam glass industry.The paper introduces the foam glass production technology, and the furnace depth study, including the internal structure of the furnace, the dynamic characteristics and temperature distribution analysis.Based on the large delay systems and control method is proposed, based on the research of fuzzy PID kiln temperature control strategy. Fuzzy control with the traditional PID control, combining with the fuzzy control theory to setting the proportion of PID controller, integral, differential coefficient, fuzzy rules established parameters by fuzzy synthesis reasoning watch, get fuzzy control decision table, and simulation, simulation results show that the fuzzy rule table establishing reasonable parameters of fuzzy PID controller, the response speed and stable precision is superio r to conventional as PID controller. Fuzzy PID controller is not high demand for system model, the jamming signal or system model change can meet the technological requirements, increase the temperature control precision, kiln to improve product quality, suitable for similar kiln temperature control system such nonlinear, time delay and the random disturbance serious system.Finally, the article introduces the foam glass kiln temperature control system, and the overall structure using configuration softwar e completed system monitoring design, the system has been in a practical application of refractory material company. The operation results show that the control algorithm of excellent performance, stable and reliable operation, the control effect is good, to improve product quality, reduce the energyconsumption has obvious effect and ensure the objectives of integrated production enterprises increased,created remarkable economic and socialbenefits.
