According to the nonlinear, multi-variable and largely lag features that exiting in the system of glass kiln temperature control system, this paper selects T-S fuzzy model as the model of controlled object and control system and puts forward the fuzzy clustering and predictive control algorithm , further designs a controller based on the model. Main work this paper done can be introduced as follow.1. Studied the identification algorithm based on T-S fuzzy model: according to the problem of nonlinear dynamic system fuzzy modeling, this paper gives the GK fuzzy identification algorithm and implements it in MATLAB environment. This algorithm simplifies the process of precondition structure and separately identifies the parameters between precondition and conclusion. The conclusion parameters applies the means of orthogonal parameters.It greatly decreases the calculation for identifying parameters and structure and ensures the demand for inline identification. The imitating examples show its validity.2. According to the problem of model predictive, analysing some other predictive algorithms, it uses T-S fuzzy model as predictive model, then gets system linear modle by multi-step linearization based on multi-model in the set point within each predictive period. With optimization and restricted targets, it uses the means of linear quadratic optimal control to get the current controller output.3. To resolve the problem of fuzzy modeling and control in the glass kiln temperature system, this paper does fuzzy modeling and control imitation by nonlinear fuzzy predictive algorithm based on the improved GK clustering algorithm and T-S fuzzy state space model.
